Tully House has been recommended for accreditation with the American Correctional Association (ACA).
Tully House opened in 1997 as a Residential Community Release Program (RCRP). The facility was named after John Tully, a local advocate of substance abuse treatment. The program is contracted to provide intensive supervision and treatment services, coupled with work release, vocational, educational, and college education referral enrollment services. Tully House residents receive reentry treatment that addresses specific behavioral issues including domestic violence, anger management, relapse prevention, parenting skills and criminality groups. Tully House maintains a very active Family Services program whose primary purpose is to reunite residents with their families and to reestablish healthy family relationships.
CEC is the service provider for Education and Health Centers of America, Inc. at Tully House.
All visitors must be pre-approved. Residents must fill out visitor cards which are then subject to approval by a program counselor.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and both adult and child must be on the resident’s visit list.
