Joseph Moore, Alumni Association Assistant Director, to Present at CEICA Conference

Roseland, NJ, Oct 17 -

 Joseph Moore, Assistant Director of CEC’s Alumni Association, will present at a Center on Evidence-Based Interventions for Crime and Addiction (CEICA) conference in Philadelphia this December.

“I look forward to representing Community Education Centers at this CEICA conference. It is important for criminal justice professionals to meet on a regular basis to discuss new innovations in the evidence-based treatment field,” said Mr. Moore.

Mr. Moore was one of the conference’s 75 invitees. The conference, “Implementing and Sustaining Evidence-based Drug Treatment in Criminal Justice Settings,” will bring together nationally recognized workers in evidence-based treatment to discuss improvements in the implementation and sustainability of evidence-based substance abuse treatment in the criminal justice field. The conference is supported by a collection of federal funders including NIDA, NIAA, CSAT, and BJA.
