Dominic Lisa Recieves ICCA President's Award

 Dominic Lisa was recognized for his contributions to the International Community Corrections Association as part of the opening ceremonies at the recent ICCA 14th Annual Research Conference, "Doing What Works." The meeting was held October 8-11, 2006 in Norfolk, Virginia. ICCA President Terry Marshall singled Lisa out to be the recipient of this year's ICCA President's Award.

"It gives me great pleasure to present the 2006 ICCA President’s Award to one of ICCA’s most loyal and dedicated supporters, a man who has served ICCA in many capacities over the years. From a personal perspective as well as a corporate representative of Community Education Centers, Dominic Lisa has given generously and enthusiastically of his time, talents, and treasure over the years. Lisa has served as ICCA Board member, Awards Committee Chair, Atlantic City Conference Co-Chair, and now as ICCA's representative to the Alliance of NGO's on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at the United Nations. Dominic Lisa, please accept this token of our deep appreciation," said Mr. Marshall.
