QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree and CADC or MSW
• Independent Self starter with leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidate has the primary responsibility of maintaining the assigned caseload of residents, which includes but is not limited to:

• Provide individual, group and family counseling sessions
• Maintain complete case records on each resident
• Develop individualized, comprehensive treatment plans
• Attend weekly case conferences
• Conduct program lectures
• Develop continuing care / discharge plans
• Interface with necessary individuals and family members
• Supervise resident testing
