Delaney Hall was formerly utilized as a warehouse and was fully rehabilitated in 1999 for its current use. Lecture halls, counseling and group rooms, cafeteria and dormitories are all housed within its 86,000 square feet.

Delaney Hall opened in March of 2000. Delaney Hall is approved to provide housing and treatment for 726 male and female residents, as well as to provide electronic monitoring, outpatient and aftercare. It provides a true continuum of care to successfully integrate former inmates back into their home communities.
