The variance also allows for the expansion of the parking area located west of the building and for the provision of a work release program for up to 100 residents. Liberty Hall is a 250-bed facility located at 675 East Washington Street in Indianapolis. The facility provides treatment services for Technical Rule Violators who are referred to the program by Community Correction agencies and Probation Departments throughout the State of Indiana. The facility also provides a work release program for Marion County offenders.
