ROSELAND, NJ (October 29, 2003)—Community Education Centers (CEC) announced that Michael D. Ketcham, a long-time financial and operations executive, has been named the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Before joining CEC, Mr. Ketchum was the Executive Vice President and CFO of Marconi Systems and Marconi Capital, a division of The Marconi Group in Arlington, Virginia. Mr. Ketcham led the finance and accounting functions for two of the Marconi Group’s five divisions, consisting of ten global businesses with annual sales of approximately $3.5 billion.
