Dr. Dani Rudkin

Dr. Dani Rudkin is the Clinical Director for CEC in Colorado. She is a 1997 graduate of the University of Denver School of Professional Psychology, receiving her PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Prior to joining CEC in 2001, Dr. Rudkin was a Psychologist for Aurora Public Schools and developed a private practice providing psychological evaluations and treatment to community corrections clients around the state of Colorado. She also developed a program for women involved in prostitution and coordinated and performed assessments for juvenile offenders in Oregon. Dr. Rudkin’s major research interests have been in the areas of the effects of severe trauma on personality development, and in treatment program development for correctional populations, such as juvenile sex offenders, women involved in prostitution, adult female offenders, and adult male offenders. Dr. Rudkin is also trained as a Child and Family therapist and has developed a parenting curriculum for women in community corrections, which is being utilized in a number of facilities across the state of Colorado.
