DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR CLINICAL SERVICES AND PROGRAMS

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services or criminal justice, Master’s
  Degree preferred
• Five years of experience in management, supervision and service
  delivery
• Well organized self starter with leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible work schedule, some travel may be required.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assists the Director with his/her responsibilities. Specific duties may be assigned from the following list of Director’s responsibilities in accordance with the program design:
• Supervision of Supervisor of Operations and Unit Managers
• Functions in the capacity of Director during his/her absence
• Ensures timely delivery and effectiveness of clinical services
• Ensures effective integration of support services (i.e. family, security, etc.)
• Ensures regulatory compliance with CEC standards
• Ensures safe, clean and well-maintained environment
• On-call off duty hours for emergencies and unusual events
• Hires and provides orientation to new employees within assigned departments.
