Kevin Duckworth, Region Director, Mountain Region, is responsible for administrative oversight for all current and future programs within CEC’s Mountain Region, including New Mexico and Colorado. In this position, he has oversight of all administrative functions and ensures that all facilities within the region are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations; and code and licensing requirements. Prior to his current position, Mr. Duckworth served as Director of the Arapahoe County Residential Center (ACRC), a CEC facility in Littleton, CO; and was Assistant Director at the McLennan County Center in Waco, TX.
