Mr. Watson joined Community Education Centers, Inc. in August 2009 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has overall responsibility for the financial activities of Community Education Centers, Inc., reporting to the Chairman/CEO. Mr. Watson has over thirteen years experience in the corrections industry and brings a wealth of experience in leading debt and equity transactions, including project financing for business development as well extensive experience in acquisitions and IPOs. Prior to joining CEC, Mr. Watson served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Radiation Therapy Services, Inc., Treasurer and Vice President of the Geo Group, Inc., and was a Manager of Audit and Advisory Services at Arthur Anderson. Mr. Watson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
