Jim Shaw is Director of the Secure Facilities Division and prior to joining CEC, he served with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s Institutional Division as a Senior Warden and Regional Director. As Regional Director, he had oversight of 16 prison units, 28,000 inmates, and 7,500 staff members. His knowledge and reputation in the criminal justice field has proved invaluable to CEC.
