“My career started after being a resident in CEC’s Delaney Hall program. I began working for the company part time in 2007 as a Program Activities Assistant. I was able to move up to full time positions of Program Activities Manager, Classification and Accreditation shortly after that. At Delaney Hall I learned to retrain my thought process and be responsible for my behavior. I believe life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. The changes I made support my professional and academic advancement. Working at CEC has encouraged me to pursue my education. I have since achieved a M.S. degree in Organizational Leadership, and am currently working on my Ph.D. in Public Administration.”
