“I love being part of the medical team in the field of correctional treatment here at Bo Robinson. Working in corrections gives me an opportunity to take care of a population that society has forgotten. I am rewarded by providing care to a challenging population with diverse medical issues.

I started at CEC in 2013 as a per diem RN, and began full time in 2015 and then moved up to being an HSA in ten months. When I accepted the position of HSA for the facility, I knew it would be an interesting new challenge and would have the opportunity to learn something new. It has been a great experience learning the business side of nursing, and furthering my clinical knowledge.

I am a second generation nurse and come from a diverse clinical background. I have experienced great satisfaction from sharing my knowledge and good health care strategies with other staff, as well as encourage continuing education. The journey here at CEC has been extremely rewarding as I relentlessly persevere in our ability to provide quality health care to our residents.” Michael T., Health Services Administrator, Bo Robinson
