Stacy Breaux, C-SAPA
Director of Operational Support
Ms. Breaux currently serves as Director of Operational Support for SECON, and began her career in the drug testing industry in 1991. Ms. Breaux was elected to the Board of Directors for the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) by her peers in 2016 and helped establish the criteria for the first industry professional certification. In fact, she sat in the first group to become a Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator (C-SAPA) in 1997. This elite designation requires a broad understanding of all DOT, NRC and other federal regulations as they relate to drug/alcohol testing. Through her career of 25 years, she has been a Supervisor/Manager for 24 of these years. She has always been efficient in the Operations area and enjoys improving processes and making processes easier for clients and employees.
Ms. Breaux attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly University Southwestern Louisiana) with studies in Computer Science, Accounting and Finance.
Mary Womack
Director of Sales and Marketing
Ms. Womack serves as SECON’s Sales Supervisor. Ms. Womack’s is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for SECON, Inc. Duties include management of sales staff as well as oversight of all marketing initiatives. Her successful track record includes strategic market planning and execution, key account management including relationship building and multi-layered account penetration, and general and sales management,
Prior to joining SECON, Mary was a Sales Manager for AMCOL International where she successfully introduced their technology to clients in California & Texas, broadening their client base in the US. Prior to this Mary managed the customer service divisions for Cardinal Health both in Louisiana and Rome, Italy.
Ms. Womack attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now: University of Louisiana at Lafayette).
Elise Petitjean
Operations Manager
Ms. Petitjean currently serves as Operations Manager for SECON. She has been with SECON since August 2014, first being hired on as an Administrative Assistant. In July 2015, she was promoted to her current position where she maintains and facilitates the daily operations of field and in-house collections. She possesses a degree in General Studies from Louisiana State University as well as Health Information Technology from LSU - Eunice, along with 40 hours of continuing education classes from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Rachel Landry
Client Services Supervisor
Ms. Landry serves SECON as its Client Services Supervisors. She has over fifteen years of industry experience, serving SECON since 2007. Her current responsibilities include oversight of all operations of SECON Client Services Department, including client set up, daily operations, and compliance.
Ms. Landry obtained her Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
