Training Opportunities:
Specialized Training

Due to the nature of our work we also provide specific training initiatives to assist our staff growth and development within their professional fields and offer cross training opportunities for a variety of positions.

1) Operations Academy: Provides a 40 hour intense and hands on approach to Security and Operational aspect of our industry. Training consist of:

  • Resident Behavior Management
  • Authority and Responsibility of your Role
  • Report Writing
  • Critical Incident Review
  • Resident tracking / Counts / Communications
  • Controls
  • Security Threat Groups
  • Physical Evidence Handling and Contraband Searches

2) Chemical Alcohol Dependency Counselor (CADC) certification: The program provides staff with a 270 hour Substance Abuse and Treatment training program which consist of 5 Domains. Each domain contains 9 topics for a total of 45 training topics. (State certifications are applicable and vary by locations)

All training is conducted by state certified instructors and clinical supervision (300 hours) requirements are also offered to participating staff.
