Liberty Hall

Liberty Hall is a state-of-the-art, 500-bed residential treatment facility that provides a 250-bed specialized women’s programs for Marion County offenders and work-release services for 200 offenders referred by the Indiana Department of Correction.

Liberty Hall is a facility with a proud history. After opening in November 2001, Liberty Hall became the first Technical Rule Violation (TRV) Center to be established in the State of Indiana. Then in October 2004, Liberty Hall entered into an agreement with the Indiana Department of Correction to provide treatment services to Level 1 Offenders referred by the Department.

The auditors gave the facility a score of 100% on mandatory and non-mandatory standards, which are established by ACA and serve as a benchmark for the effective operation of correctional facilities throughout the United States.
