Penn Pavilion was established in July of 1989.

Penn Pavilion partners with state and local governments to provide community residential reentry services to offenders released or diverted from prison.

Penn Pavilion provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead a productive lifestyle prior to reintegration into their communities.

Penn Pavilion was established to provide sensible alternatives for government agencies looking to end costly effects of offender recidivism and overcrowding.

Residents are academically and vocationally assessed to direct their efforts toward ultimately obtaining employment.

Counselors at Penn Pavilion assist residents in obtaining vocational training and ABE/GED Services.

For county offenders facing mandatory sentencing for DUI and various other drug-related convictions, CEC Penn Pavilion offers an alternative to incarceration through the Self-Pay Program.

Penn Pavilion program & service components include Individual & Group Counseling, Assessment, Individual Program Planning and Treatment Planning, Licensed Inpatient and Outpatient Drug &Alcohol Treatment, Batterers Intervention (BI), Violence Prevention (VP), Victim Awareness, State Intermediate Punishment (SIP), Transitional Services, Back On Track Outside (BOTO), Community Orientation & Reintegration (COR), Victim Awareness, Work Release, Life Skills & Job Preparedness, AA & NA groups, Community Works Program (CWP), Self Pay Program.

Penn Pavilion is accredited by the American Correctional Association (ACA) and scored a perfect 100% on all mandatory and non-mandatory standards during its last accreditation.
