HISTORY
- Dickens County Correctional Center (DCCC) is located two miles south of Spur, Texas on FM 261, Dickens County and lies of 40 acres of West Texas pastureland.
CEC began providing jail/detention management services there in December 2007.
- The facility is inspected annually by the Texas Commission on Jail Standards (TCJS), United States Marshals Service, and the Office of Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT).
SERVICES
- CEC provides jail/detention management services at the Dickens County Correctional Center.
- Transportation services are provided.
- CEC provides 24/hour medical and dental services and a legal/leisure library.
- CEC also offers a volunteer religious services program and a volunteer work program that includes food service, grounds keeping, maintenance, and laundry.
