The construction on the Jack Harwell Detention Center was completed in 2010.
SERVICES

CEC provides jail detention management services at this facility.

The facility provides detainee transportation services for all contracting agencies.

Religious services are provided through local volunteer ministers.

Basic GED programming will be provided.

Recreation services include physical exercise in one of three recreation areas, board games, television programs and library services.

A Law Library is provided along with notary services.

Attorney visits are available on site, through the Video Visitation Center or video conferencing.

The facility is certified by the Texas Commission on Jail Standards.
