Community Education Centers at the Hillsboro Illinois location is dedicated to providing a continuum of care for the chemically dependent offenders assigned to the program. The environment is controlled and structured in order to introduce and provide motivation for substance abusing offenders to work toward furthering their drug free and responsible lifestyle. The program utilizes corrections-based treatment tactics that employ workshops, seminars, group and individual counseling, peer awareness and process groups, as well as self-discovery activities.
