Community Education Centers Welcomes New CFO

Washington, Aug 22, 2005 - Community Education Centers Welcomes New CFO ROSELAND, NJ (August 22, 2005)-Community Education Centers (CEC) announced that Paul Dobrowsky, a long-time financial and operations executive, has been named the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr. Dobrowsky has nineteen years of finance, strategic planning, and business plan execution experience in a diverse range of industries. With a strong focus on growth companies, Paul has negotiated, financed, and integrated 23 strategic acquisitions and managed key initial public offering (IPO) processes. Ensuring that CEC is properly financed and meeting established financial targets are amongst his top priorities.

"I am pleased to welcome Paul to our corporate team and am confident that he will contribute to CEC's future growth and success," said John Clancy, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Dobrowsky received his MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University and BA in Finance from Hofstra University.
