Community Education Centers Announces New Director and New Appointments at Casper Re-Entry Center
Roseland, NJ, Mar 13, 2006 - Community Education Centers (CEC) is pleased to announce that Lisa Graham has been named Director of the Casper Re-Entry Center (CRC). Ms. Graham, a Wyoming native, joins the company from the Wyoming Department of Corrections where she worked as an Assistant Adult Community Corrections Coordinator.
"I am pleased to welcome Lisa back to CEC's Wyoming operations and am confident that she will provide quality leadership as the Director of the Casper Re-Entry Center," said John Clancy, President and Chief Executive Officer of CEC.
From 1991 through 2002, Ms. Graham worked for CEC as a Deputy Director. She holds a bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Wyoming.
"The Casper Re-Entry Center provides treatment programs to prepare offenders for their return to the community and I am excited about being part of that effort," said Ms. Graham. The Casper Re-Entry Center is Wyoming's largest reentry facility and has a total capacity of 400-beds with two separate programs under one roof. One program is a 200-bed adult community corrections program and operates as a work-release program for male and female adult offenders; the other, a Therapeutic Community, operates as a secure treatment facility 100 adult male offenders.
CEC is also pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Norcross to the position of Deputy Director of the Casper Re-Entry Center Work Release Program. Ms. Norcross received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and has over five years experience in addiction treatment.
In addition, Jim Piro has been promoted to the position of Deputy Director of the Therapeutic Community at the Casper Re-Entry Center. In 2004, Mr. Piro transferred to CRC from Talbot Hall. Mr. Piro has extensive Therapeutic Community experience.

CEC provides a wide array of treatment services for adults and juveniles through its more than 20 locations. The company operates programs for county, state, and federal populations in New Jersey, Wyoming, South Dakota, Colorado, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Indiana.
