Community Education Centers Announces Implementation of CorTrac™

Roseland, NJ, Jun 21, 2006 - Community Education Centers (CEC), Inc. has signed a contract with Cirqular Inc. to implement CorTrac™, a web-based resident tracking system, corporate-wide. CorTrac™ collects and organizes information such as demographics, recidivism statistics, assessment information, criminal history, medical and psycho-social history, and educational and employment history for use in a wide array of applications.

"Community Education Centers has always placed an emphasis on creating an effective system of communication between our employees. With the addition of CorTrac™, CEC can now synthesize multitudes of information into clear and functional outcome research," said John Clancy, President and CEO of CEC.

CEC currently has two facilities that are using the CorTrac™ system - Coleman Hall in Philadelphia and the Casper Re-entry Center, CEC's Wyoming-based 450-bed residential treatment center. Liberty Hall, CEC's Indianapolis-based facility, is scheduled for a July 1, 2006 start-up. Full implementation of CorTrac™ in all of CEC's facilities is scheduled for September 2006.

"The CEC Research Department. is excited about the introduction of CorTrac™ into the CEC information system. The centralized database will coordinate the current system of data from around the country so that the Research Department can analyze trends in CEC outcomes from different locations," said Dr. Ralph Fretz, Director of Assessment and Research for CEC.

Community Education Centers is the largest provider of rehabilitative services to the criminal justice system in America. CEC's facilities provide a full range of therapeutic residential and non-residential correctional services with an empirically documented record of reducing recidivism. The company operates 17 residential facilities and five day reporting/outpatient programs in seven states, treating over 6,000 clients daily.
