Dr. Ralph Fretz Presents at the International Community Corrections Association Conf.

Roseland, NJ, Oct 13, 2006 - Dr. Ralph Fretz, Director of Assessment and Research at Community Education Centers, presented at the 14th Annual International Community Corrections Association Conference (ICCA) in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Fretz presented on the topic of Effective Treatment Culture in Corrections.

"The International Community Corrections Association conference maintains a great track record of showcasing the best of 'What Works' research in the community corrections industry. CEC is a leader in this field and I was honored to present our work at this event," said Dr. Fretz.

The ICCA is renowned for its annual Research Conferences featuring "What Works" in community corrections. Keynote speeches presenting state-of-the-art research findings highlight evidence-based best practices in the field. The conferences also include an array of workshops focusing on implementing best practices in a wide variety of topic areas.
