CEC Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to Unveil New Corporate Headquarters
West Caldwell, NJ, Nov 9, 2007 - John J. Clancy, Chairman and CEO of Community Education Centers, Inc. (CEC) was joined by local and state officials including Brendan Byrne, Former Governor State of New Jersey, Joe Tempesta, Mayor, West Caldwell, Joe DiVincenzo, Essex County Executive, Christopher J. Christie, State Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Kevin J. O'Toole, New Jersey State Senator Elect, Chris Durkin, Essex County Clerk for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 9, 2007 to officially unveil CEC's new corporate headquarters in West Caldwell, New Jersey.
"CEC is very proud to be a corporate citizen of the Township of West Caldwell. CEC's investment in our new headquarters demonstrates our long-term commitment to continuing our cause, becoming the best, and expanding our operations to meet the needs of government entities throughout the nation," said John Clancy, Chairman and CEO of CEC.
The 38,000 square foot masonry building includes a 1,400 square foot training room equipped with high-end video conferencing technology that will allow CEC to provide web conferencing and broadcasting presentations via the Internet. The room contains a wireless sound system, multiple presentation screens, audio and video equipment, and internet services linking us to our training database. In the future, CEC hopes to be able to have interactive sessions with multiple satellite sites and link our training database to a video archive. Also housed within the building are several conference rooms, a large presentation room, 59 offices, and 97 parking spaces for staff and visitors.
