CEC Names Debra Shannon as Chief of Staff
West Caldwell, NJ November 17 -
Community Education Centers, Inc. has announced that Debra Shannon, General Counsel, has been named Chief of Staff. Debra served as General Counsel at CEC for over nine years and has provided counsel to the Chairman and senior management as well as overseen all litigation, risk management, contracts, acquisitions, real estate transactions and government compliance issues. Debra will continue to provide oversight and management in these areas and will also serve as the lead team member during CEC’s transition to new senior management.
