Employment readiness training teaches residents the following skills: job searching, budgeting, resume writing, interview techniques, professional conduct, boundaries in the workplace, proper attire, skills assessment, transportation, job postings and job leads, interview follow-ups, resources management, thank you letters, and how to handle rejection.
