Capacity: 112 adult males in licensed residential treatment
Long Beach Community Re-Entry Center opened in 2004. Parolees are referred by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation through the STOP Program Area 5 Placement Office for Los Angeles County. Under subcontract with STOP PA5, LBCRC provides licensed residential treatment services to parolees including: substance abuse treatment, targeted CBT interventions, relapse prevention, anger management, life skills, and job development assistance. The goal of the program is to reduce recidivism and enhance public safety by providing a safe and secure environment to enhance the opportunity for offenders to successfully reintegrate into the community, remaining substance and crime free.
Visitation Schedule:
Saturdays, Sundays and Designated Holidays* from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Visitation Schedule:
1. Visitors must submit a valid Driver’s License or a California Identification card, prior to being permitted to remain on the facility grounds.
2. Former inmates of any prison, jail, or other penal institution, whether discharged, paroled or on probation may not visit the facility or residents without first obtaining written permission from the on-site Parole Agent and/or Program Director.
3. No weapons, explosive, narcotics, alcohol or controlled prescription medication(s) are allowed in the facility.
4. Visitors are not allowed in resident living quarters.
5. Visitors must remain and visit only in designated areas.
6. Minors (i.e. those under the age of 18) must be escorted by their parents/legal guardians and must be restricted to the designated visitation areas.
7. Visitors are subject to search and seizure while on facility grounds for contraband.
8. Purses may not be brought into the facility. You are permitted to bring a wallet and a vehicle key only.
9. The Director and on-site Parole Agent have the right to refuse visitation to anyone.
10. Visitors must park their vehicles on the street.
11. Visitation is a privilege, not a right. Any visitor who violates any rule will be asked to leave immediately and denied subsequent visitation.

Attire Restrictions
There are restrictions on what you may wear to Long Beach Community Correctional Re-Entry Center:
- No strapless, halter, bare midriff, sheer, or transparent clothing;
- No skirts, dresses, or shorts that expose more than two inches above the knee;
- No clothing that exposes the breast, genitalia, or buttocks area;
- No very tight, form-fitting attire;
- No hats or gloves, except with prior approval or in inclement weather; an
- No open shoes or sandals
- No clothing that contains profane language or images.
- No clothing that resembles Gang Attire (i.e. Raiders Attire, Blue or Red bandanas)
