Tranquility (Parole Violators):
A - M: Saturday, 12:00 pm - 1:45 pm
N - Z: Saturday, 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm
Harmony/Serenity (Work Release):
A - Z: Sunday: Sunday, 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm
* All Visitors are expected to arrive for registration 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the visitation period, for example arriving 11:30 am for 12:00 pm visit.
Alphabet shown above pertains to the Last Name of the person you are visiting, for example PV resident John Doe would be Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.

COLEMAN HALL Drop Off Days:
-Wednesday (4pm-8pm) & Friday (4pm-8pm). One Drop off per week.
-Exception: Residents can have a drop-off within the first 72 hrs of their arrival (Often Referred to as an “Emergency Drop-Off”)

HISTORY

Coleman Hall opened in October of 2001.

Offenders are referred through the PA Dept. of Corrections, the PA Board of Probation and Parole, or the Bucks County Dept. of Corrections.

Coleman Hall is named after Joseph E. Coleman, former President of the Philadelphia City Council, who was a noted scientist, attorney, and legislator.
SERVICES

Coleman Hall provides a full array of residential reentry treatment services designed to reduce recidivism.

Coleman Hall provides individual assessments, individual and group counseling, substance abuse treatment, educational services, employment readiness, life skills, and aftercare/alumni services.

Coleman Hall includes a secure facility for Technical Parole Violators (TPV) that specializes in changing criminal thinking and addictive behaviors.

The goal of Coleman Hall is to provide an intensive treatment program that emphasizes the social skills necessary to successfully reenter society.

Coleman Hall is accredited by the American Correctional Association (ACA) and scored a perfect 100% on all mandatory and non-mandatory standards during its last accreditation.
